Welcome to Jobbiee (“Jobbiee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jobbiee website, platform, applications, services, and related content (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Jobbiee reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Description of the Site and Services
Jobbiee provides an online platform and related services designed to facilitate job discovery, employment opportunities, recruitment, candidate engagement, and connections between job seekers, employers, recruiters, and other users.
The specific features and services available through Jobbiee may change from time to time. Jobbiee reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at its discretion.
2. License and Use of Site Content
The Site and all materials made available through it, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, software, videos, data, job listings, and other content (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to Jobbiee and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Jobbiee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the publicly available portions of the Site for your personal or legitimate business purposes.
You may not, without Jobbiee’s prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or republish the Content;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect information from the Site;
- Redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Content;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site;
- Use automated systems to access or collect information from the Site;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
- Use the Site or Content in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Jobbiee may terminate or restrict this license at any time.
3. Changes to the Site and Services
Jobbiee may, at any time and without prior notice:

- Add or remove features;
- Change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site;
- Restrict access to certain features or areas; or
- Temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
Jobbiee will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from modification, suspension, interruption, or discontinuation of the Site or Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of Jobbiee may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Keeping your account information updated;
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account; and
- All activity conducted through your account.
You agree to notify Jobbiee promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or organization, or create an account for another person without appropriate authorization.
5. Job Seekers and Candidates
If you use Jobbiee as a job seeker or candidate, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your profile, résumé, qualifications, employment history, education, skills, and other application information, is accurate and not misleading.
You agree not to:
- Provide false or fraudulent qualifications or employment information;
- Misrepresent your identity;
- Submit applications using information belonging to another person;
- Upload fraudulent or misleading documents;
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes; or
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse Jobbiee’s recruitment or application features.
Jobbiee does not guarantee that any candidate will receive an interview, job offer, employment, or other opportunity through the Site.
6. Employers and Recruiters
If you use Jobbiee as an employer, recruiter, staffing company, or other organization seeking candidates, you are responsible for ensuring that your job postings, recruitment activities, and communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree that job listings and related materials must be accurate and must not:
- Misrepresent the position, employer, compensation, or employment conditions;
- Discriminate unlawfully against applicants;
- Contain fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information;
- Request unlawful fees or payments from candidates;
- Promote unlawful activities;
- Contain malicious software or harmful code; or
- Violate the rights of another person or organization.
Jobbiee reserves the right to remove or reject any job posting or employer content that it believes violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. User-Submitted Content
You may have the ability to submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise provide content through the Site, including profiles, résumés, job postings, company information, messages, reviews, documents, photographs, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights and licenses granted under these Terms.
By submitting User Content to Jobbiee, you grant Jobbiee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable settings or agreements.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the necessary rights to submit the User Content;
- Your User Content is accurate to the extent it purports to contain factual information;
- Your User Content does not violate any applicable law;
- Your User Content does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; and
- Your User Content does not contain malicious code or other harmful material.
Jobbiee reserves the right to remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm another person;
- Impersonate another person or organization;
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy right, or other proprietary right;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or networks;
- Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Site;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect information through automated means without authorization;
- Use the Site to distribute spam or unauthorized advertising;
- Use the Site to facilitate unlawful discrimination or other unlawful employment practices;
- Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures;
- Create fake accounts or use multiple accounts to manipulate the Services;
- Use information obtained through the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes; or
- Engage in any activity that Jobbiee reasonably believes could harm the Site, its users, or its reputation.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to websites, applications, services, or resources operated by third parties.
Jobbiee does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services, including their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms of use.
Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
10. Privacy
Your use of Jobbiee is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information relating to users of the Site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
JOBBIEE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
JOBBIEE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
- THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED;
- INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT;
- JOB LISTINGS OR EMPLOYER INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR LEGITIMATE;
- A USER WILL RECEIVE AN INTERVIEW, JOB OFFER, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY; OR
- THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU USE THE SITE AND SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Employment and Recruitment Disclaimer
Jobbiee is a platform intended to facilitate interactions between job seekers, employers, recruiters, and other users.
Jobbiee does not guarantee the quality, legitimacy, qualifications, conduct, or intentions of any employer, recruiter, candidate, or other user.
Jobbiee is not a party to any employment relationship or agreement that may result from interactions between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any employment, recruitment, payment, contractual, or other relationship with another user.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOBBIEE AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE;
- YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE;
- ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE;
- INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS;
- ANY EMPLOYMENT OR RECRUITMENT OUTCOME;
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR INFORMATION; OR
- ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBBIEE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JOBBIEE FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES DURING THE PERIOD SPECIFIED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY SUCH AMOUNT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobbiee and its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Site or Services;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of any law or regulation; or
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
15. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Jobbiee name, logo, trademarks, service marks, designs, branding, software, and other intellectual property associated with the Site are owned by or licensed to Jobbiee and may not be used without prior written authorization.
All third-party trademarks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no rights or licenses to Jobbiee’s intellectual property are granted to you.
16. Termination and Suspension
Jobbiee may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if Jobbiee believes that:
- You have violated these Terms;
- Your conduct may harm Jobbiee or another user;
- Your use of the Site presents a security or legal risk;
- Your account contains fraudulent or misleading information; or
- Suspension or termination is otherwise necessary to protect the Site, its users, or Jobbiee’s legitimate interests.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the affected Services will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions, will survive termination.
17. Electronic Communications
By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Jobbiee where permitted by applicable law, including communications relating to your account, applications, services, transactions, security, and updates to these Terms.
You may have the ability to control certain marketing communications through available account or communication settings.
19. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, these Terms do not create any rights or benefits for any third party.
20. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Jobbiee’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Jobbiee Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobbiee concerning your use of the Site and Services, except where additional terms apply to specific services.
22. Changes to These Terms
Jobbiee may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
